This place and the staff are amazing. I took my car in because the front driver's side was making a terrible metal-on-metal noise. They kept it overnight and even warned me about it possibly being the brakes and costing a few hundred bucks. When I talked to them the next day they said that it was actually a minor issue, they fixed it, and weren't even going to charge me. As someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars, they could have fixed it, and done nothing else, yet charged me whatever they wanted! They are honest, friendly, and I love knowing I have a go-to garage close to home! Highly recommend.

I've been taking both of my vehicles to the Burlington Mall location for 4 years for everything from Tires, Maintenance and the odd repair here and there. I appreciate that they take time to explain the service details to me. Why something needs fixing and how they are going to fix it. I like they give me 2 options (higher quality parts and 'good' parts) for fixing my car. I feel confident that my car will be fixed right.

The best I have ever dealt with. Have been dealing with them for more than 7 years with all of our vehicles. Brandon, Joel, and all of the staff are first rate. They are honest and dependable. I spent a lot of money on new winter rims and tires last fall. Probably north of 25 emails with Brandon trying to get exactly the right ones. Always got back to me and didn't give up. I am a bit of a freak for balanced tires, and anytime I have done a swap out or changeover that I thought needed further attention, it was done promptly with no questions. The only place I would go. Employees are friendly yet knowledgeable and professional.

Simply the best, in all respects. The entire staff are engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and efficient. As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed. You're treated like you're the only customer in the store. We've trusted them for many years with both of our vehicles and never have we had any issues. Those that we've referred remain good customers as well. The store owners are always present, serving customers and engaging with their staff.
