We've been buying our tires from Active Green and Ross for years now and are always pleased with the friendly efficient service. Also, they will switch out your summer and winter tires for free for the life of the tire.

Professional with great customer service. Vehicle attended as scheduled. While you wait; one can enjoy complimentary coffee and delicious cookies. Nice comfortable couches to relax. One can also watch TV. There is also a nice play area for kids. It was my first visit here. Josh attentively listened to all my queries related to my vehicle and had them fixed by timely conveying them to competitive mechanic Jim. I would surely be going there again and recommend everyone to do so even if it is 30 minutes drive. You will realize it is totally worth it. Booking an appointment definitely helps.

The Active Green+Ross service representatives (Burlington, Ontario, 777 Guelph Line) consistently appear ready to listen, understand and assist in your service needs. They seem to get it right each time. They are proactive in the sense that they are sharing things that might be applicable to your vehicle found during their inspection. Prices or price estimations range from fair to market. They are a good alternative to other garages.
