If you need your test strips delivered on time stay away from this company. If you want top notch customer service stay away from this company. I had a re-order of 90 test strips sent by them through their auto-ship program. USPS promptly lost the shipment, I am OUT of test strips, called their "customer support" number and was told nothing they could or would do for me. I had to wait at least 10 days and then maybe they could do something, though they never said what. I asked for another order be sent ASAP (a whole $25.00 worth of product) and they REFUSED! So I am left with zero test strips, no service, they took my money and told me they do not give a darn about me or my situation. They are NOT concerned for customers as we (I) am not worth $25.00 to them. Stay away!

This organization treats their customers poorly, no regard for their welfare or health. I had a refill order for test strips that their system generated and shipped on 10/20. A 90 day supply, I use one a day. THEY are responsible for getting the strips to me BEFORE I run out of my previous order supply. Well USPS has lost the reorder shipment and I called them to see what they could do. They said they would do NOTHING...I must wait at least 10 days from now before they would do anything, and then they were vague about what, if anything they would do. I told them I was OUT of strips...they could not have cared less. Only spewed their "rules and regulations" and in short told me to shove it if I was not happy with them. Poor service, no concern for the customers they serve and a clear belief that I as a customer am not worth a roughly $25.00 order of test strips.

This product is terrible, I've requested to send materials back, and get a refund...nothing from them except to ask me if I knew what I was doing while checking my blood...this meter reads up to 30 points above 2 of my other meters. They asked if I was using the same blood droplet...as if I havent tested my blood for the past 10 years!!

Hi Theresa, thank you for your feedback. As you can imagine, we have members who are both new and experieced at testing their blood sugar. We have to ask questions in order to understand the situation to know how to remedy any issues. We don’t do this to offend, rather to help us understand what may be causing any issues and variances you are seeing. In addition, it’s not uncommon to see a variance from one meter to another. Meters are designed to give a result within a range of a blood lab test. If you could, please email [email protected] with details on what’s happening and we will be happy to look at this further and work with you to resolve the concerns you have.

Fluctuates drastically. They arent wanting to cancel my subscription either.

Hi Raymond, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Your subscription is already cancelled. You signed up for a promotion where you only paid shipping for your supplies and so there was nothing to refund and cancel after the shipping was complete. If you are having concerns about any variations you're seeing we'd be happy to work with you on that and run tests to find out if anything is defective. If we find something is defective we are willing to replace those items if necessary. Please email [email protected] and we'd be happy to help work through that with you.
