I would give no stars or half but I have to put one . Because they have horrible customer service. My package never arrived. They said it was delivered and that's all that matters on there end. So they wouldnt refund my money or anything . So I will deffinelty not be using them .

We appreciate your feedback. We do very much care whether or not packages arrive to our members. You had placed an order through a promotion where you only paid for shipping. USPS shows your package arrived. Since you only paid for shipping, there is no other cost to refund and shipping has already been complete. We do apologize you are unable to locate the package, but once packages leave our warehouse we are left to depend on USPS to deliver the package safely. Shipping errors are outside our control and we do our best to work with USPS to file claims and get packages replaced. But that is difficult to do what they show the package has been delivered. We’d be happy to allow you to order again through the same promotion so you’d only pay the low-cost shipping again. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to order this way again.

Extremely disappointed with my order experience. Online says 2-4 business days for new orders to arrive (NOT TRUE). I ordered on Saturday to San Francisco area. Received a tracking number on Monday but USPS never received the package so I sent an email to follow up mid-day Wednesday. I ended up calling Thursday and customer service (?Abigail) apologized said package was lost and would send out another package and new confirmation number. Called a again on Fri and was told the same thing. Never received the new tracking number then got an email on Friday (5 business days later) saying that everything was within time frame and that it would arrive on Monday (6 business days later). Problem was that I ran out of my old strips on Thursday. I’m disappointed that I emailed and called in twice was lied to twice and then received an email stating that getting the package Monday after ordering on Saturday (6 business day’s) was within their 4-day time frame. WARNING: poor customer service and make sure to order early. I will continue to be using my old meter that I can buy strips the same day from Costco.

Thank you for your feedback. Our typically delivery time for the first order is 2-4 business days but unfortunately delays happen that are outside of our control. We ship every order within 24 hours of receiving it but once it leaves our warehouse we rely on the USPS to make sure packages arrive on time. We do apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We know how important it is to get your supplies delivered on time. Our system should have automatically sent you a tracking number for the replacement shipment so we apologize that that didn't happen. We'd love to do what we can to make this right for future orders and we don't expect any additional shipping delays since they are so rare.

I am not happy at all, I am using Bayer contour next and had it tested at my doctors office, my meter is giving me exactly the same results as the blood results at the doctors office, because it is very expensive I thought I try something else so I bought the Diathrive, the results with this meter are way of Like 50 or more of, I can NOT trust this meter !!!

The product is satisfactory, works as intended. The shipping is another matter. Received email stating my order shipped December 2nd. Today is December 13th and still no delivery. Customer service says another 5 business days. That will be December 20th. That's 18 days to go 491 miles to my home, one days drive. On top of that, I will have to buy supplies locally because I will run out before they get here. Will have to think long and hard before I order from them again.

Hi Don, thank you for your feedback. Due to the holiday season, we have experienced many shipping delays. Packages leave our warehouse within 24 hours of us receiving an order but delays with USPS have resulted in many packages arriving late. We unfortunately don't have any control once the package leaves our warehouse. We do apologize for the inconvenience and know that delays like this are frustrating when you're needing supplies. We don't expect any further delays once the holiday season is over.
