Software didn't work right away. Was told to install a USB set. With Windows 10 should work right out of the package..

I love the price. I wish the meter, lancer, and test strips had a holder to make it easier to use. I'm used to the Verio which has everything in one holder. Yours i separate so you cant hold it all in one hand to use. Other than that it seems to work just fine. The test results are slightly higher than the Verio but not enough to worry about. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because it doesnt have a handy holder , but honestly it's a great product and the price is unbeatable.
