Overall a good experience. Diabetic supplies that are inexpensive and easy to use. Good customer service on the phone. The website isn't too difficult, but my only complaint would be that once I was subscribed, I could not adjust my subscription on the website, I had to do it by phone (I wanted to increase my frequency of testing, and there wasn't an option to change or discontinue my current frequency). However, the phone service was great, and I changed it easily.

Thanks for the review and feedback! We're definitely working towards making it easier for members to change their plan without having to call in and appreciate the feedback that that is a needed feature.

They forgot to add my case, which would have included my lancet device and lancets with my first order. Then they sent just the lancets. Now, three weeks after my initial order, I have everything I need. I will say, their customer service is top notch and the value can't be beat

Supplies delivered quickly. Monitor is smaller than I am used to. Good customer support when I was getting test results that differed quite a bit from from my existing meter.
