I have been going to this location in Milton since they first opened as a corporate store in 2010-11 than converted to Franchisee. The staff is very professional, friendly, honest and soft-spoken. The manager at the front desk (Jorge) is a gem of a person who is highly knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Unlike other auto mechanic shops, they will not rip you off. Both my SUV and sedan are fully managed by Active Green. PS: John (owner of this franchisee) your staff definitely knows how to take care of their customers). Highly recommend this place

Excellent service and workmanship

Did some research before electing to purchase new tires for my Prius from Active Green + Ross, Milton. The staff person at the desk was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. New tires were installed in a timely fashion. Waiting room is clean and comfortable with a large screen TV. No complaints at all. The price was favourably competitive as well. I will return for tire needs and other automotive needs.
