I had a wonderful experience from all personnel at Active Green + Ross. They were never pushy, they gave me suggestions to check with the dealer to see if any warranty was still good before they touch my car. They help in any way possible while we waited for the car. Everyone was very friendly and they fixed the cars as expected. Thank you!

Great service. Jorge is very helpful. You dont feel like they took advantage/overcharged you like some car repair shops

Had 4 new tires put on my BMW on a Friday...came out from work on Monday night and saw I had a flat. After spending time with road side assistance they informed me that Active Green and Ross was closed but will stay open to fix my tire. …

Had 4 new tires put on my BMW on a Friday...came out from work on Monday night and saw I had a flat. After spending time with road side assistance they informed me that Active Green and Ross was closed but will stay open to fix my tire. After arriving there with the tow truck the gentleman there showed me the cause of the flat and repaired it and installed it for FREE. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
