A tire blew out on me the other day so I talked (via email) to Paul at Active Green & Ross at the Kennedy Rd location. He suggested that I come in to make sure which tire I needed and so on. After a quick peek, he figured out the correct tire and said he could have it done right now. So, within an hour, I had new tires at a great price. The service was fast, efficient, accurate and friendly and I will definitely be returning if and when my car needs additional service.

They provided me with prompt and reliable service for my car. It is hard to find great customer care but this place excels.

Service Centre on Kennedy Rd. in Brampton were great to me. Jeff at the desk was very courteous; I have dealt with him before and he is very knowledgeable and does an outstanding job. The technician was very good as well; he was very thorough and I was extremely happy with the work he performed. I would recommend this store to my friends and I will certainly be back in the future.

Could not have been happier with our experience there. I had asked them if they had the size of tire I needed instock - which they said they did. Turns out they didn't, but went out a got a set (only able to get more expensive tires - but the gave them to me for the original tire price) and we were on our way in no time. Highly recommended
