This is not my usual Active Green + Ross location. Although this shop was extremely busy when I arrived for an emissions test. Paul Kurtz got my car in and tested in a matter of minutes. As promised I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks again Active Green + Ross for great customer service. I definitely recommend this location for all your automotive repairs.

Followed Jeff & Paul from their Sears outfit, from day one we've had a very trusting relationship. Over the years we've serviced 5 vehicles here, and will continue to bring any future vehicles here. We've serviced brand new vehicles with them, all the work is covered under warranty. They're markedly cheaper than dealerships, and recommend only essential services.

Paul and his crew are absolutely amazing! I had some much needed brake work completed recently. They worked tirelessly to complete the work on time and also helped me to prioritize in regards to some upcoming maintenance issues. I was given absolute value for my money. They provided me with prompt and reliable service for my car. It is hard to find great customer care but this place excels.

A tire blew out on me the other day so I talked (via email) to Paul at Active Green & Ross at the Kennedy Rd location. He suggested that I come in to make sure which tire I needed and so on. After a quick peek, he figured out the correct tire and said he could have it done right now. So, within an hour, I had new tires at a great price. The service was fast, efficient, accurate and friendly and I will definitely be returning if and when my car needs additional service.
