Service date Nov.10, 2018. My service advisor Eric Steele was very courteous and displayed what the term "customer service" means. Prices are very competitive. Definitely recommend Active G+R #766 to any and all in the Burlington area. Great job Eric. Will definitely continue to service my vehicle at your shop.

The guys at the service desk are great. Friendly and efficient. And I have no complaints on the quality of the tires purchased to keep me safe this winter.

I take care of all 3 family vehicles. Kyle Diniz has been my contact at your Guelph Line shop. He represents your company in a very professional manner. Kyle saves me a lot of money - I am sure - as he deals with my 2007 BMW convertible. I am certain that the costs of any issues I might have, would be much higher if I had to deal with BMW direct. He also services my 2016 Hyundai SUV and my daughters newer Ford Escape. Hang onto him as it is the person who deals with the client when they walk in that can make or break any business. Kyle "gets it" and does this extremely well. I will continue to return to this location because Kyle has give me great confidence that he is honest, gets the repair done properly and has given me the all important feeling that am not being ripped off
