I appreciate this store to help me fixed my brake system on last Saturday. All of staffs are very friendly and definitely patient with customers. They directly helped me to check the condition of my car without make appointment. Also, they provide the reasonable price. If you want Active Green, directly go to the store in South Barrie, rather than consider downtown store where is extremely not efficiency and the staff in the front was not friendly. I arrived downtown store at 8 am last Saturday, a staff directly told me that hadn’t available time for checking my car. Just accepted reservation. They never wanted to help me to assess my car in advance. That’s why I had chance to choose the South Barrie store. Anyway, I extremely recommend Active Green of South Barrie.👍🏻 Faster, Quality and Friendly.

I have NEVER before received service like I did at the Barrie Bryne Drive location. First time visiting and I am blown away at the amazing, quick and friendly service. Just this passed long Easter weekend I was traveling to see family. Experienced vehicle trouble and called literally every automotive place in Barrie. Everyone was booked up or closed. No one was able to help or willing to fit me in. I was referred to Active Green and Ross, I had never heard of them before and figured I would try. From the initial phone call the service was beyond friendly. After being stranded on my way through town, the “Come right over and we’ll fix you up” was a relief to hear. They fixed my vehicle in under an hour and gave me a great deal and sent me on my way to continue my travels. They are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend to everyone. Friendly, quick service you can trust.

I booked in tho this location to purchase and install new summer tires for my Dodge Caravan. they got me in way sooner that I expected, which was a nice surprise. During this visit the mechanic noticed that I desperately needed new rear shocks, which I knew there was something wrong back there, but hadn't had time to book into my regular mechanic to have checked out. They quoted me for the shock replacement and mt newly installed tires and I drove home to explore my options. I phoned the store later that afternoon to see if I could book in for the shock replacement, and they fit me in the very next day! That service was performed in the time they said it would be, and for the exact price they said it would be. I live about an hour away from the closest AG+R, and my usual mechanic is much closer, but service like this makes me think I'll be visiting AG+R more in the future.
