Excellent customer service. Even during their busy winter tire season they were able to get me the exact tire I needed and installed withing 24hrs of calling in because of an emergency flat tire replacement. Other tire shops were atleast a week before they could help us out!

An amazing experience with with Active Grren and Ross on Byrne. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and they discovered the issue on our daughter's car immediately & her car runs like a charm now. I started servicing here about a year ago and now I have my whole family coming here. It's rare to find a garage you can trust to have your best interest at heart ... that's what I've experienced here. Very happy with both the quality of work and level of service provided. Great service! I needed a tire repair and this was the only place in Barrie that would take me AND I was in and out in less then hour. Stopped here as a third and final attempt to get even just an appointment in a reasonable amount of time during busy winter tire season - they found time to do the repair for me right away! Could not have been more thankful and relieved as a busy working mom! Friendly and courteous staff. 5 stars! Would highly recommend.
