I love this location! Errol who runs the place remembers every customer by name (amazing!), is honest and never tries to charge me for stuff I don't need and is always nice about the fact that I am always late for every biannual tire changing appointment I have had there for the last 8 years! The customer service is so good that I prefer getting my other car needs addressed by this location rather than my dealership and I drive an extra 15 minutes then go to the next closest G&R location to me. I definitely recommend them. Tip: avoid the crowds and go before or after peak tire changing season for shorter wait times.

I have been dealing with Green and Ross at this location for over 2 years. I have nothing but praises for Errol, the shop manager. His location is extremely busy which speaks volume about his service. The only drawback is the wait. You can't expect speed with a shop this busy.
