I think some reviewers here are unreasonably rude. I think part of the reason is that some don't know much about cars and have unreal expectations. Yes they are not always the cheapest for some services (tire prices are great however!) but they charge fair price for their services. Can't blame them for running a business that is supposed to generate a profit. I have been going to Anand and Shalin since 2008 for my tire and regular maintenance needs. They recommend the work that is needed and often have given me advice that saved lots of $$. My car had 120,000kms when I first went to them and it just hit 361,000kms and still running fine.

I always have great service from the brothers at the desk. They give me a much better deal than any dealership. Very friendly service and they give me honest feedback on any other automotive issues. The waiting room is comfortable to wait in with water and coffee. Very glad I've got this as an alternative to the dealerships and I would highly recommend it.
