If you are looking for a place to take your car, you’ve found it. Stop looking and bring it to the Active Green and Ross on Bank Street. These guys get you the solution you desperately need, and they treat you right. After just getting a used (albeit beautiful) car, I had a bit of bad luck. The engine light was coming on, and the error code indicated that I needed a new coolant sensor. The folks at Active Green on Bank Street diagnosed that and fixed it up quickly. A few days after that, a totally unrelated problem manifested itself with one of my tires catching fire. It turned out that the brake calliper seized up. These guys were amazing in their response. They got the parts I needed in short order, and they cut me a great deal on the price as well (probably taking a huge cut on the fees for labour). Why? It was pretty obvious that they care about their customers. I am so grateful for their concern and their top notch services. I’m sure that you will be too if you put your car in their capable hands.

These guys are simply the best in every way. I've been to many shops over the years, and the quality of service I get here is first-rate. This isn't a one-visit review, I've brought cars here since 2010. I live 45 minutes away from this shop, that's how good they are. This shop is the definition of friendly, professional, thoughtful service.

You will find no better place for your car service. The staff are professional, efficient and honest. This is not my first visit here and it will certainly not be my last. I highly recommend you to take your business here also.

I did a wheel alignment with active green ross in bank, paying additional charges to fix the wheel alignment, since luxury cars have casing underneath and it is hard for them to reach. However when i went to bmw service. They mentioned wheel alignment was not done perfect. BMW department was right on one thing there is a pull on the passenger side but it wasn’t due to alignment. luc replied to my complaint and he was honest, he verified and fixed it. He contacted Michelin and replaced my tires( these tires are not bought from them) Of course i have done an another business for 500 plus $;these reasonable charges, considering things are done perfect. My car is a white car, there was no grease mark and the guys at the back handle it very clean.i I am in the neighbourhood, i will be in touch with luc for all out of warranty maintenance work.
