Whenever I have a problem with my car (problem, not oil change or winter tire replacement) I usually check it with two or three workshops to clearly sort out hte matters and select the most reasonable repair solution / cost. I should say that my experience concluded that this workshop is the most technically helpful and honestly dealing one at Bank street. It will uncover to you all your car's hidden problems, but then it is up to you to accept or decline. In front of him there is one big cheater workshop and going down toward Heron there is another big cheater and trouble-adder one.

Great experience and prices, time after time! Always treated my wife great with or without me there. Nice to know were always taken care of and never taken advantage of whether I am there or not, thank you for your great service! I recommend this garage to anyone thinking about going. You will not be disappointed!

Been coming here since they opened in 2008, whenever the dealership wants to charge me for things I don't understand on my vehicle I always make sure to double check with these guys first if I'm getting the best value and I always come out ahead coming to active green and ross.

Active Green+Ross was great to me. i was driving my mothers car and it broke down on the road. they had a tow truck come to pick up the car and brought it to the shop. they called after the found out the problem i gave them an ok to fix the issue and they even had it ready the same day!!. they also offered me a free inspection while the car was up on the hoist to give me details on what was wrong with is. i will definitely be sending my friends there. they were very informative, friendly, and efficient.

I had a very comfortable experience dealing with this shop. The staff members were very friendly and well mannered, and the technicians were very through but honest with what needed to be done to pass my annual inspection. The shop was quick in scheduling me in, used good quality parts for anything that had to be fixed and the price was easy on the wallet. I was specifically impressed with one of the guys at the desk, Warren. His outgoing personality and attention to detail put any worries I had to easy. If he wasn't happy with something, he got it fixed until it was done right. All in all, I had a fantastic experience and will be taking my fleet there for future work. Thanks guys!

I've been coming here for over 10 years and have always gotten great service. They've helped me out a couple times when I needed an emergency tire repair on the way to an appointment and always take the time to explain anything they're doing with my car. I will never go to another garage again.

Extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I blew a tire the night before and they brought my car in the next morning and had it all fixed up in time for me to get to work. Awesome service!
