A great experience with front line sales and technical staff on an emergency Friday night walk-in. I was shown where the problems were and thoroughly explained what needed to be taken care of. The product (brake pads) comes with a life time warranty. I was very surprised that a part that wears down every day comes with a replacement warranty, which essentially gives me free brake pads for life minus the labour. The owner took me through my bill personally and explained the savings I received vs. what I would have paid at the dealership. Overall very nice staff and good service

Budget friendly services.

My experience in this shop was by accident since it was an emergency and im from Missassauga, but it was a great experience since this shop gave me the best service, quickest , and best price also. Next time if i can visit them for any non emergency service i will do.

I went to Active for the first time because I had a nail in my tire. I received quick service with some amazing customer services form the entire team working. Joan was so good at explain to me what all I needed so that my car was safe on the road. She took the time to go over all of my options so that I had the right tire for my needs. At the end I was able to purchase four tires that remained in my budget. I will always take my car to this Active Green and Ross from now on for all my car needs. Awesome job Everyone!!!!!

Great Care! I had been dreading getting a muffler part fixed on my Murano. It was an expensive part. First Active Green & Ross gave me a few extra months by giving a temp fix and when I had the money to get the proper part done, I came back. They gave me even a better price as they found a less expensive replacement part. My car runs and sounds so smooth now. Definitely I will be back.

This has been the best experience I've ever had with active green . I've been coming for years at a different location. This location is the best. Customer service is excellent.
