Management is amazing! Always very kind and helpful. I've been coming here for years and each visit has been great. Staff is also very good. No complaints whatsoever. 10/10 would go again!!

Really honest mechanics. They helped me out even at closing time. I had a flat tire and was leaving town they helped me out and got me back on the road. Awesome service

I had a car that required very specific equipment. Went to Canadian Tire and they couldn't get the job done, came here and went drove the same car home the same day. If you meet the scheduled appointment time there are no problems here

Visited this Active green and Ross location to have some work done on my truck. I’ve had a few bad experiences with the dealership and quick lube shops in the past but this was an amazing experience. From the initial phone call to book the appointment, to the service advisor and the technicians in the back, everything was dealt with extremely professionally. They were honest about the work needed, and took care or me in a very timely manner. Highly recommended and will be back here regularly to service my vehicles.

I had gone into this particular Active Green and Ross for the first time - this was actually my first experience with the franchise and what a great first impression they made on me. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and efficient. In listening to how they interacted with other customers as well, I could see that they were also very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back in the future and will refer my family and friends to this location as well.
