Excellent customer service, from making an appointment to a follow up call the same day to remind you of the scheduled time. Zak, Uwais and the front office staff are quiet knowledgeable about the services they offer. In fact I would say that over the many years of having my vehicles serviced this is by far the best one out there. Not only do they make a recommendation on something but they show you why the recommendation was made. I have to say that I do a lot of driving with my Honda CR-V and have always taken it to the Honda dealership on Lakeshore Blvd. W assuming they did what the report that they printed says they did. Unfortunately, it appears that all they did was take my money and did very little in term of servicing according to the mileage schedule! Kudos to Active Green & Ross located at 2082 Kipling Ave. for finding issues that in about another year or two would have cost me thousand of dollars in repairs. Shame on Honda located on Lakeshore Blvd. W for not providing an honest service for such exzorbitant prices. I would highly recommend giving this location for Active Green & Ross a try. Under new management!

Excellent customer service. Was shown what was the problem and what would happen if it was not fixed. Booked appointment day before, went on the time allotted and the parts were already ready for my car. Told me it would take about 2 hours but was done in about a hour. Mechanic was very good. Sat in the waiting area which was very clean and tidy. Would recommend to all my friends and family and will be going back again. Keep up the good work.

I've had small issues with them in the past but they've made it right. I was a returning customer because I liked the service and prices and when a there was a "situation" , which can happen because we're all human, they fixed it by showing the more common experience there was not a fluke. No managers today but the next in charge did a fine job as well as the working mechanic. (update) Even better this time....it's now end if March 2018, they want you to come back and they'll do what it takes to make that happen......right whats wrong, do it right at a price that works.

Had my brakes and tires rotation done with excellent service went back the next day to get my oil changed will always have my vehicles service at this active green Ross location , will recommend anyone in the Etobicoke area visit to get the job done right , at a great price ,excellent customer service.Motala and zakaria are awesome.
