I loved my experience at Active Green + Ross! It was my first time and I'll definitely go back, it's great to have an all things car destination so close to home. Great job team!

It’s been a while since I’ve had such reasonable and honest service from a tire shop. From my initial phone call to picking up my vehicle, Eugene was pleasant, helpful, reasonable and most importantly, very accommodating. I was able to get a price match on winter tires and got a fair price to store my summer wheels/tires for a season. I definitely recommend this local shop over their many competitors in the area.

Brought in my High end sports car to get new tires and was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Eugene was so great to deal with went in for a signal light not working. Not only did he squeeze me in, but he also did not charge me for the service. I will be a returning customer. And would highly recommend this shop.

Excellent professional service. We had our safety inspection there, they did a thorough inspection and identified the defective bearing on passenger seat side, along with defective rim on that wheel. The car would rock on highways, and for a long time we thought it was normal until they had the bearing and tire replaced. Now the car is smooth as new and we could not believe how we ignored this for such a long time. In retrospect we realized the rim was bent after a flat tire, and that's probably what caused the bearing to wear down much faster than other ones. They offered accurate diagnosis with professional service, I would recommend them to others.

At the end of the day, Eugene is a stand up guy who wants to satisfy his customers as best he can. Running a shop in this field is difficult, no doubt, with emotions that can flare up resulting from misunderstandings. Eugene appreciates this and always acts professionally to find solutions that work for all parties involved. Good guy, good place.

Went in for a tire quote, can't believe the service i was given from the owner Eugene. He took the time to explain and answer all my questions even though they were so busy. I ended up buying a set of tires and left feeling really good about my purchase. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
