I've been going to this Active Green & Ross location for over 10 years. Joe and team have always been straight-forward, friendly and accurate with their diagnosis and advice. They let us know when they know and they let us know when they need to investigate further. They let us know when a service can wait and they give us all the trade-offs. Joe and the team have earned our trust by providing great service and extending the life of our cars. We highly recommend that you go to this Active Green & Ross location.

Thanks Rob for a job that exceeded my expectations even though you were a bit behind in schedule. Only went for an oil change, but they were able to do brake pads, serpentine belts, and tire rotation on same day...Grateful! Oh, and generous with their labour! Hats off to you guys!

I have been a customer at Joe's Active Green + Ross now for 4 or 5 years. I love coming here because they look after my car and they have an office area with wi-fi where I can work while they work on my car. The place is always clean and I am always happy with the work they do. I would totally recommend Joe Sforza and his Active Green+Ross Staff!

Have been here on a couple occasions and have been pleased with the service each instance. Very informative and good value for at least their balancing, seasonal wheel changes and puncture repairs - all I’ve had them look after so far.

Always great service, been going here for years. I usually deal with Joe. He always treats me well. Joe takes the time to go over what was assessed and what needs to be done with my vehicle and future preventive strategies. Kudos to you and your staff. I highly recommend Joe and his shop.

For nearly 10 years now I have found the front-line staff to be courteous and professional. I feel my vehicle has always been serviced appropriately in a timely fashion. Staff here have discussed my vehicle maintenance and warning signs of specific "wear and tear" prior to issues arising thus alleviating greater concerns for potential future repairs. I appreciate the convenience of leaving my vehicle at this location and being given a lift to and from my office for the day. I recommend this location based on my personal experiences over the years.
