I initially bought a set of Aeolus China tires from Active Green & Ross sometime in May 2017 for a fair price. Unfortunately after about 4 months of use, one of the rear tires had a puncture on the inner sidewall. Supposedly it was caused from a carwash rail, but the tires were still quite new so they shouldn't have punctured so easily. Anyhow when I went back to Active Green + Ross, they were very helpful with helping me get them replaced without having to buy new tires. They promptly contacted the tire manufacturer, and the next day I was back and running with a new set of tires (not Aeolus). Even though the tires are not their responsibility (sometimes tires can be defective which the manufacturer should handle), I was very appreciative that they tried their best to ensure that I was able to get back on the road without purchasing new tires. Thanks for the great service, I'll definitely come back next time!

For nearly 10 years now I have found the front-line staff to be courteous and professional. I feel my vehicle has always been serviced appropriately in a timely fashion. Staff here have discussed my vehicle maintenance and warning signs of specific "wear and tear" prior to issues arising thus alleviating greater concerns for potential future repairs. I appreciate the convenience of leaving my vehicle at this location and being given a lift to and from my office for the day. I recommend this location based on my personal experiences over the years.

Great customer service. Went in without an appointment and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also helped explain what was wrong in simple terms and even invited me in the garage to see the problem in person.
