They are friendly and professional, and don't speak down to you like some other shops do. They give you good options, and don't pressure you to make a decision, and do great work I would recommend this shop to anybody.

My colleague at work referred me to those location at Fennel and Mohawk about 2 years ago. I left my mechanic that I have been going to for year's as they started to rip me off. They were making false diagnosis, by suggesting to change a part that was in perfect condition. I have no regrets with the Fennel and Mohawk location. The staff is knowledgeable and their rates are reasonable priced. A fair and good mechanic is hard to find especially if you are female. They are the best in Hamilton. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I recently had my car booked in to rectify a wheel bearing problem. The Service Manager, Dave Keir and staff looked after all the details and got the job done when promised. No more annoying humming sound thanks to a job well done.
