We were in a pinch. Our delivery van began to act up and shake in the front end. I called Active Green & Ross after trying a couple of other garages that were not interested in doing anything with the van that night. Wayne told me to tell the driver to bring it in. The van was fixed and on the road by 7pm. They had all the parts on hand to do the work. They were very easy to deal with and accommodating of our situation. Really really good experience! Keep up the great customer service.

These guys are great, good work, good quality, helpful, know other speciality shops in the area if needed, competitive prices and above all honest. Their not much to look at but they really are friendly.....LOL

Peter and Wayne are the best quite frankly (they're the guys you usually get when you call in). Service is always good, my whole family has been going there for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been here a couple times for tires. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. I priced around pretty much every other tire shop in Cambridge and they had the best prices I could find. The have the best equipment for mounting tires without damaging rims.

Came here for an emergency repair and they accommodated me even though it was close to closing time and they were pretty busy. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable and I was able to drive away and finish my trip safely.

I find them to be fair and honest.
