I've been going here for years and thought I had already written a review but apparently not! I love these guys! They're always up front and give me fore warning and quotes for any work they'd recommend I do in the near future. This gives me the opportunity to budget it into my finances more easily! By going to Active Green + Ross I got my Mazda up to 320,00KM and was still running well! Thanks everyone who works there!!

The guys and gal are great here! Have been going for years and keep with them for the customer service. They treat you like family and answer your questions. Plus there is no pressure to up sell, they just look over the car and let you know what should be fixed, and never push the issue unless its safety related. I trust them and they are fourth coming with prices, no sticker shock. Plus they are competitively priced. It's hard to find shops with this kind of service. More than what I would expect from a franchise, that's for sure! A great bunch of ppl who make the car repair experience easier. After a while it will be like going to "Cheers", minus the brew - unfortunately.
