It gives me with great please to write about this hidden gem in the Streetsville area of Mississauga. I originally came to Active Green & Ross over a year ago for a slow leak in one of me tires. I loved the fact that this shop doesn't require appointments; they'll take you in right away (assuming they have an empty bay). I originally contacted my dealership and I had to make an appointment just for a small problem (I find that unacceptable). Nonetheless, this facility was able to repair the problem quite fast and for a small amount (don't remember exactly but I know it was in the low $20s). From that point, I went to Active Green & Ross for other service needs. This place is amazing and I love Tony (the service advisor). He goes out of his way to ensure a customer understands what work is required and they charge very reasonable in comparison to the car dealerships. I'll definitely be patronizing this facility again. I only wish I knew about them earlier. Keep up the excellent job!

I've been a customer with Tony and Sergio for week over 10 years and they've always treated us like family with honesty, integrity and fairness. They have great mechanics there and always give the most practical advice for repairs on a vehicle! They always have a smile when they greet you and you will always have a smile when you leave..... 😊

I have been going to Active Green and Ross on Queen Street for over 10 years, as I find they are trustworthy, knowledgeable and do great work on all of our vehicles. Serge and Tony are like family, and I can depend on them to keep our cars in tip top shape!

I have dealt with Sergio and Tony for 20 years. They will only do the work that is necessary. Never ever hsve they gouged me. 8 years ago we moved from Mississauga to Vaughn. We continue to bring our cars to them. Very satisfied. 5 stars.

Once you arrive you are greeted by Sergio and Tony. Friendly staff and great customer service all around . very pleased and satisfied with the work service and the communication between mechanic and customer .I was looked after by a gentleman name Travis .Highly recommend green and Ross for all your automotive needs .

Brought my car there to see my main man Tony, he's the best, been dealing with him for 5 years now, always pleasant, treat me well, the price always reasonable, they always do a thorough check on my car, even when I just go for an oil change, thanks guys for the great work.

I have gone to this shop since last 10 years or so. Every time I have received excellent and friendly service from everyone especially from the front desk, Sergio and Tony. However, following mechanics I find very helpful when it comes to repairing old or new cars. Thanks to Steve, Chris and Craig, They go over service work order and give full explanation before they hand over my car keys. I strongly recommend you to take your car for next service.
