Always cheerful, and willing to help will listen to your problem and will give you options to that problem. will never pressure you. Both Tony and Sergio are always very cheerful and I have recommended them to my friends when they are looking for a place to go with car issues. They treat you like family and I will continue to go there with my car.

I started dealing with the team at Active #14 around 2010 when I was living in Mississauga. I now live in Georgetown and continue to deal with them. Throughout the years Chris, Craig and Steve are the mechanics I trust and recommend. They respect me as a client and never arbitrarily try to upsell unnecessary work. To top it off, they do an excellent job at all times. Can't say enough about Tony and Serge, the front line team. I appreciate your customer service skills, thank you.

This is the best Green and Ross around we have been to a few. I have been going to Britannia/ Mississauga Road Green and Ross for many years. Sergio and Tony are the best. I rate them a 10! There mechanics have been there for a long time this shows respect and that they enjoy working for there boss. This is rare these days. So take your car there you will see what I am talking about. Tony, Serge and all the guys in the shop have been honest and very helpful to me for many, many years. They kept my last car on the road until it was not worth fixing anymore and were honest with me when it was time to pull the plug.
