i have been going to this shop for more than 15 years and have always received excellent and prompt service at very reasonable cost.

They have excellent service and the advisors, Tony and Sergio, are very pleasant and welcoming. The vehicle is serviced as per my need and fixed very well. I have been coming here for years and my vehicles have always been fixed accordingly and the service is outstanding. Thank you

Have been coming to this location for more than 15 years. Sergio and Tony are always very friendly and honest to deal with no matter what problem you are having with your car. They always take the time to explain what they are doing, offer the best solutions and competitive pricing and timely service. These guys are very trust worthy, and guarantee that you will always be satisfied when the job is done. I would highly recommend this automotive center to anyone looking for a place to get their car serviced.

It gives me with great please to write about this hidden gem in the Streetsville area of Mississauga. I originally came to Active Green & Ross over a year ago for a slow leak in one of me tires. I loved the fact that this shop doesn't require appointments; they'll take you in right away (assuming they have an empty bay). I originally contacted my dealership and I had to make an appointment just for a small problem (I find that unacceptable). Nonetheless, this facility was able to repair the problem quite fast and for a small amount (don't remember exactly but I know it was in the low $20s). From that point, I went to Active Green & Ross for other service needs. This place is amazing and I love Tony (the service advisor). He goes out of his way to ensure a customer understands what work is required and they charge very reasonable in comparison to the car dealerships. I'll definitely be patronizing this facility again. I only wish I knew about them earlier. Keep up the excellent job!

I've been a customer with Tony and Sergio for week over 10 years and they've always treated us like family with honesty, integrity and fairness. They have great mechanics there and always give the most practical advice for repairs on a vehicle! They always have a smile when they greet you and you will always have a smile when you leave..... 😊

Great customer service and they always take the time to explain all the repairs that are needed and never try to sell me something I don't need.
