Noori was extremely helpful when I experienced a flat tire and needed by battery changed. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He treats me with respect and makes me feel like family. He also referred me to a very nice and helpful tow truck operator. He and his entire team are great to deal with! I highly recommend this location!

This morning my car was over heating I needed coolant in my car and was late for work. Went to Canadian tire to buy coolant they were closed. I notice across street this Active green and Ross so I came here service advisor Noori top up my coolant no charge and he was very helpful. Defiantly coming back to get my car fixed. Without any appointment, I showed up and given a window of 2 hours for a season tire change. Noori called me at the 1hr mark to tell me to head back as he knew I was on foot across the block. As I approached the car the wheels were packaged and stored in the vehicle. Friendly and speedy service!

I always had good service at this Active Green and Ross, last year I came in and got my suspension work done and this year I had same issue,Noori looked after the parts warranty even though it was more then a year. I did a oil change at a quick lube shop when I was driving home I saw my engine light flushing so I notice active green and Ross and They were just locking their door I quickly went explain my situation right away Mas brought my car in and check it out that they left my oil filter loose. He tight my oil filter and top up my oil and wash under my car at the end when I ask him how much is my bill he said I was just helping you so don’t worry I am not charging you. Hard to find honest and great person. I will definitely recommend this mechanic shop to my friends and family. Thanks for saving my car and looking after me.
