My first experience with this shop was a few days ago and overall Im impressed. I will be taking my vehicles to this shop moving forward. I was in a bind and needed a safety certificate done on a vehicle. The dealer (FORD) was very unaccommodating and wanted me to leave the vehicle for days so they could slot it in whenever it was convenient for them since they are apparently always over booked. That is a total joke to me when it comes to customer service. I called this Active Green and Ross and they saw the car within hours, helped me fix the issues needed for the certificate and sorted me out right away. Excellent service, straight shooters and I left with confidence that they did a great job. 5 stars. They also understand and care about these reviews and their reputation so they are aware that in this day and age, good customer service is important and customer reviews/opinions are important.
