This morning my car was over heating I needed coolant in my car and was late for work. Went to Canadian tire to buy coolant they were closed. I notice across street this Active green and Ross so I came here service advisor Noori top up my coolant no charge and he was very helpful. Defiantly coming back to get my car fixed. Highly recommend Noori great customer service.

Without any appointment, I showed up and given a window of 2 hours for a season tire change. Noori called me at the 1hr mark to tell me to head back as he knew I was on foot across the block. As I approached the car the wheels were packaged and stored in the vehicle. Friendly and speedy service!

I always had good service at this Active Green and Ross, last year I came in and got my suspension work done and this year I had same issue,Noori looked after the parts warranty even though it was more then a year. The warranty period was done but Noori still was able to help me out, the only thing I had to pay for was the labor! Thanks Noori and the Active Green & Ross Team
