This place has saved me butt numerous times. I needed a last minute safety check and these guys were able to accommodate me at the very last minute. The customer service was outstanding. The first desk chap was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank again for helping me out yesterday!

About 6 days ago, I had my oil changed at a shop other than active green and ross. When I got home, I checked the oil level, just to be sure it was not overfilled. To my dissatisfaction, it was over filled by about 0.75 of a litre. I took it back, and asked to have the oil drained so that it would be at the proper level...they declined to help me, so I left and I will never go back there. I went to active green and Ross at 3899 hwy 7. I talked to the manager, mas, and told him what happened, and I subsequently asked if he could help me. Without a hessitation, he brought my car in, and within 10 minutes the problem was resloved. He charged me $0.00. He was very helpful, understanding, and very polite and professional. People like mas are very rare these days, so he really did the unexpected, above and beyond. If you want a great job done, with a courtesy second to none, I recommend his shop for any work. Customer service here is great, the prices are fair, they have great mechanics and are honest about what I really need. thanks for the great service. I would defiantly recommend this location for all your needs, they are new car warranty approved as well. Keep up the great work!

The Service Advisor Noori , has taken great care of me several times. He has always been forthcoming and honest with information about the condition of my vehicle, including keeping the old parts to show me how they failed. I appreciate the honesty. Highly recommend this place!

These guys, they’re fantastic! They have been taking care of my 3 cars for the last 5 years and I honestly couldn’t hope for better service. The main mechanic Mike “the wizard” knows just about everything about any cars (any make). Noori at front desk is always thorough and will give you the full explanation on what needs to be done and why, assess the risks of the problem and make honest recommendations. Even the oil change specialist Zaman will go out of his way and will extend his hours to offer you the best service you can hope for. The rest of the team is just as great. But most importantly, it virtually never happened that the final invoice was higher than the estimate given prior to the work (even for major things like engine replacement or transmission repair). These guys are trustworthy, competent and right on time. Wouldn’t allow anybody else to take care of my cars. Try them: you won’t be disappointed! Guy R.
