Very professional & honest. I had been looking for repair shops near work after my warranty was up at the Dealership & found the most reasonable price & trustworthy guys at this Active Green+Ross, Probably the most honest mechanics I've been to , and I've been to a lot from Toronto, Vaughan, Newmarket & Aurora dealerships & shops in the last 4 yrs. Was ready to trade-in my vehicle due to so many issues & problems, until i found this Active Green+Ross on Hwy-7, now my car runs smoothly just the usual oil changes, filters & window wipers change once in awhile. Never Been so Happy :) I need a safe & reliable vehicle not to fail me on my 2.5 hour drive home everyday & i feel safe now in my vehicle because of the amazing job they do at this location of Active Green+Ross.

Had to go in for an oil change and needed to be in and out for a meeting. Service was faster than I expected and pleasant. Honest and friendly! Great job guys!

This place has saved me butt numerous times. I needed a last minute safety check and these guys were able to accommodate me at the very last minute. The customer service was outstanding. About 6 days ago, I had my oil changed at a shop other than active green and ross. When I got home, I checked the oil level, just to be sure it was not overfilled. To my dissatisfaction, it was over filled by about 0.75 of a litre. I took it back, and asked to have the oil drained so that it would be at the proper level...they declined to help me, so I left and I will never go back there. I went to active green and Ross at 3899 hwy 7. I talked to the manager, mas, and told him what happened, and I subsequently asked if he could help me. Without a hessitation, he brought my car in, and within 10 minutes the problem was resloved. He charged me $0.00. He was very helpful, understanding, and very polite and professional. People like mas are very rare these days, so he really did the unexpected, above and beyond. If you want a great job done, with a courtesy second to none, I recommend his shop for any work. Customer service here is great, the prices are fair, they have great mechanics and are honest about what I really need. thanks for the great service. I would defiantly recommend this location for all your needs, they are new car warranty approved as well. Keep up the great work!
