I came in late in the evening without any hope of getting my car back on the road that night. It was very quick and professional service & friendly staff. Great experience!

I’m now a customer for life! Service Advisor Ron Clarke went way above to ensure that my tires would be available for my appointment. He stopped off from his home to another location and picked up the correct tires in the morning for installation the same day. I watched how professional he and other Service Advisor, Steve were under very demanding circumstances. They were caring, courteous and entertaining!!! Active Green + Ross are very lucky to have these two!!!

Reputable shop. Steve is friendly, gets your work done and the prices are fair. They even have courtesy cars. Good shop.

Fast and friendly service! I was greatly impressed by the extent to which staff went out of their way to help me out. It was as if my problem was their problem and they did whatever it took to solve it. Kudos and hats off to Steve at the counter who was extremely efficient and managed to get the job done even though the shop was extremely busy!

First class service

They were really great. My daughter is 1 and was cranky. They gave her crayons and put cartoons on to help settle her . They were amazing!

The staff is friendly and was willing to help at an emergency issue. They explained everything to me and provided detailed receipt with all work details. Even though they had other cars, they agreed to order part and replace it, when they had a garage full of other cars waiting for the repairs. The rate was slightly higher but it’s because of a rush. The waiting area is clean and sofa is extraordinarily comfortable, I wanted to stay longer, chilling on it 😄 Definitely recommend!
