Last Saturday i had a blow out on the 403 at 4:35pm (they close at 5:00pm) I phoned over there and spoke with Steve, he told me he would wait for the tow truck to come to get me over to him for a repair. At 5:05pm I got to the shop on the back of the tow truck and and both Steve and Aaron were waiting with open arms! They fixed my tire and by 5:35 i was back on the road to London! With out Steve and Aaron's help I would have been stuck in Brantford and would have missed my uncles 3rd wedding (LOL) Thank you so much guys you rock...Lisa

I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and managed several dealerships. As such, I have always taken pride in offering above average service. Nothing frustrates me more than poor customer service. It is apparent that Steve, Ron and and their staff feel the same way, because they went above and beyond to help me out of a very inconvenient situation. While driving on the 403, I got a flat tire and it was the end of the day on a Friday. As much as I love Brantford, I didn't want to spend the night. My wife contacted this AGR location and was told that they would wait for me to get there. Not only did they stick around, their staff did as well to make sure that I was back on the road and in my own bed in no time. Thanks so much for the great service Team AGR!
