We had an issue with our vehicle that was caused by another auto shop from out of town. The shop manager helped us out by fixing the small issue and even topped up our steering fluid for free. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. If we lived in Brantford we would be using them again for sure!!!

Bought a 2001 Honda "as-is" took it to Active Green for my safety to get it on the road. It needed some work and they took care of it, this car had a bunch of issues we took care of and next thing you know this car rides like a champ. The guy who I always deal with at the front desk is very nice and their prices are very reasonable. Appreciate the work good job!

Urgent issue, they squeezed me in, fixed the problem for a reasonable fee. Exceptionally courteous employees. This was my 2nd time here, will be using them from now on!

Great shop. have been going here for at about 10yrs now. They treat you like one of the family, and not just another customer to get in and out.
