Customer service is ON POINT! Don’t know why this location has such a low rating. Price is good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I came in just to get my winter tires done and an oil change and they were able to fit me into their late fall schedule. I have also been aware that the location has been under new management since September. The new owners are the previous owners from the downtown location.

We wound up here looking for snow tires. Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Really appreciated the fact that there was no pressure or upsell. Maybe things will be different when I come in with something more involved but right now I'm quite happy with the service I received.

What great service I get at Active Green & Ross. I get my oil changes there regularly and couldn't recommend a better place to service my vehicle. A bunch of great guys, and I believe the owners name is Rob. I've seen him around a few times and he has been very courteous to myself every time he has seen me. Wasn't expecting that sort of service. Thanks Guys!

Went to this location for an oil change. During their inspection (which was included in the cost of my oil change), they found my brakes were not up to par and almost at the end of their life. Phew, close call! Was very happy with my service as they fixed my car that day and now I am feeling better about driving with my family. Thank you AGR!!!!
