I needed help removing and replacing my license plate and Active Green+Ross was the only place nearby open on a Saturday. I called and he didn't laugh at me, he said to stop hy and they'd be happy to help. I just stopped by, the team quickly helped me swap the plates and were very friendly. A few other people came to drop their cars off for oil changes and servicing while I was waiting, Scott was super friendly and helpful with each person. The prices I overheard were very reasonable too. I'll definitelt be back, thanks for your help Scott!

I recently was looking to get Winter tires for my 2004 Toyota Sienna. I checked several dealers for prices and was quoted a very good price from Active Green & Ross. In the meantime I decided to check the Google reviews. I was first taken back by some of the negative reviews, however, sometimes you are able to determine which reviews are honest and true and which are not. Also, I know that people who are happy will generally not post a review so you have to take the negative ones with a grain of salt. Based on the prices I was quoted I decided to give them a try. I was very happy I did. From the moment I stepped into the waiting area I was immediately greeted, I confirmed the price and they brought my van right into for the service. They have a large shop with if I remember correctly at least 5 or 6 bays. The mechanics were pleasant to talk to and seemed very professional. I told them my brakes felt a little soft and to please check them while the tires were off. They did and was told the brakes were fine and no need to replace or repair them. What I really appreciate more than anything was that I had broken my drivers side rear sliding door handle and had ordered one from a Parts supplier elsewhere. When they saw it in the van they asked me about it and to my surprise they told they would install it for me an NO CHARGE. My winter tires were balanced, put on, my All Seasons were bagged nicely and placed in the trunk of my van. I went to pay and amazingly they tell me that there is a coupon for $70 off my winter tires. They printed a duplicate receipt for me so I can fill out the coupon and apply for the rebate. In summary, I found this shop to be friendly, professional and I got excellent pricing. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for service or tires on their vehicle.

Great place to go for your automotive servicing and repairs. The counter staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my vehicle. They were very upfront on costs the the time they needed to repair my vehicle. They brought me into the shop when my vehicle was on the hoist and showed and explained the various problems that my vehicle had, and what I should replace and what parts needed servicing. They also had recommendations for further servicing that I can get done at a later time. I needed to go to work, and they were able to drive me to work and pick me up after work. I left my car for the day , and they called me to up date me on how the car was doing. I was very happy with the service. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I suggested it to friends and family . They have been very professional on all my repairs.

Changed tires here for 2 years now and it really is a great place. Scott and Diane are super friendly and always honest with their prices and suggestions. Ladies, you will not feel uncomfortable coming here for anything you need. I've stopped going to the dealership for all services and will continue coming here instead.
