Under the new management of Scott and Diana, this place offers a first rate experience. I have been dealing with them for many years, and when they moved the business from Adelaide Street to this location, it was not as convenient for me as I live and work in the financial district, but it is worth it to me to make the trip. Their work is second to none, and they are so accommodating and helpful. They always suggest the most effective solution and are always forthright and honest in their dealings. It is so nice to deal with honest people. They are a rare find!

I had the pleasure of working with Scott back at the old Green+Ross he managed downtown (5 months ago), and by chance I moved to the West end and he was the new management of this Green+Ross, the closest location to my new address. Cheerful, helpful and honest. No up-sell, and the shop seems like they sincerely want to get you back on the road with no hassle. In all honesty, it's nice to see management from a chain store who really care (I was in the shop for a few hours as my work was getting done, and Scott knew people by name and greeted them as they walked in, knew their cars, and was giving honest timelines both over the phone or walk-ins...all the while with a polite demeanor).
