One of the best customer service experiences I have had. Gavin was helpful, considerate, polite professional. My rental car had a flat tire. I brought it in to see if they could repair it and when they couldn't, they provided me with alternative recommendations to help solve the problem. Repair tire fee was reasonable ($45 taxes incl) which I was not charged for since they couldn't repair the tire. Thank you for such great service. You made a very frustrating thing turn into a positive experience.

Blew two tires on the way to Algonquin. Dropped off the car overnight. 7:30 am we were there first thing to try and get on with our journey. We decided to replace all 4 tires and got a bit of a price break. By 9am the tires had been brought in and installed on the car. Service was light speed fast and the gentleman that helped us, Jason, was so nice in what was a bit of a stressful time. They even offered to store our other 2 tires (sans puncture wounds) for pick up the next day from a friend in the area. All round they turned a nightmare into a fairly pleasant experience.
