Had the pleasure of dealing with Craig for an emissions test earlier this week. Their team was fast, efficient, and friendly. I've been going to this location for some time now and I've had nothing but great experiences. They're fast, professional, and honest. I took my Volvo in recently because the Volvo dealership was unable figure out why my car was overheating. The dealership suggested that I try replacing the coolant sensor at a cost of over $600. I took my car to Active Green and Ross and within in an hour they solved the problem and I was on my way. All at a significantly lower cost than the dealership was asking. These guys are great at what they do. Thorough, honest, and well-priced. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Incredibly great service, This was the first time I was buying winter tires, Marco was the first person over several places I called that took the time to explain to me in detail what I needed and most importantly why I needed it. This place is amazing! On my moving day (as I was driving out of the city to our new home) a kind stranger at the stop light pointed out that my tire was flat. I had no idea what to do, I had my cat on board and the car was packed. I called Active Green + Ross on Dundas Street and they told me to come in. Of course, our car has an unusual size tire and we always have a hard time finding ones to fit. The owner was so gracious, he called every other location in the GTA and when he finally found the right size tires, had his Dad go and pick them up for me! It took some time and they let me sit in the shop with my poor cat meowing the entire time. I truly don't know what I would have done that day without the kindness of the owner and staff. Thank you so much!

I can't even begin to count the number of times Marco and the boys have gone above and beyond to provide me with superlative and unfailingly friendly service.
