Excellent service as always from Charlie and his crew!!!

Recently was having issues with my van, wasn't sure if it was the battery or the alternator. I spoke to Charlie and mentioned my situation and that he might see my van in his parking lot first thing in the morning. Sure enough I had the van towed after hours. When I spoke to Charlie the next morning they already had my van in the garage and were talking a look at it. Not only did they accommodate me immediately, Charlie and his team did an exceptionally job fixing my van. I was called promptly and provided up to date information. They also provided a shuttle service to pick up the vehicle and had everything completed ahead of time. My wife and I are very happy with the service, professionalism and genuine customer care provided by Active. This is top notch, well done Charlie and your team at Active.

Charlie and the guys at this branch are some of the most patient and detail-oriented staff anywhere in Markham. I originally went in for a tire rotation, and had noticed a minor discrepancy after leaving. They were super quick to take my car back and fix the problem, and also helped to personally point out new issues that need to be resolved with my vehicle. On a second instance when I purchased tires from them, I accidentally gave them the wrong odometer reading, but they happily resolved the situation, despite it being an inconvenience for them. With the staff being as exceptionally professional, well mannered and courteous as they are, I’d 100% recommend this shop to anyone.
