I had a great experience a few weeks ago getting my tires changed. Vic was very helpful, friendly and accommodating with my appointment time and the service was fast.

The shop is connected to the mall so great way to kill time while your car is getting serviced, they also have a comfortable waiting area. I Needed to get my Mercedes E250 alignment done & the team here was super helpful. Bhavic was great to deal with & look forward to getting all my future car services completed here. If you have a luxury car and are looking for a alternative mechanic shop go in and see Bhavic.

I usually don't write reviews but this warrants one. After purchasing my winter tires from Active Green and Ross I was having difficulties getting my changeover performed by a location other than where I purchased the tires (if I'm not mistaken this goes against their advertising and marketing)! Then I spoke to Bhavnic Nana, who goes by the name Vic and he went above and beyond my expectations and provided exceptional customer experience. Before speaking to Vic, I didn't think I would have ever purchase another set of tires from Active Green and Ross but because of him - I'm giving them one more shot. Thank you, Vic and please let that excellent customer service in you live on forever!

Brought my truck in as I had a flat and it was sitting on the rim. Mike was extremely professional and even though it wasn’t a serious problem made sure I understood the whole process. I was pleased to hear that they would actually take the tire off to plug it from the inside instead of leaving it on. Ended up being an issue with the valve. Mike was honest and very fair with the pricing. He could have easily told me I needed a new tire even though it was fine (like some other shops would do) or could of said that they fixed the flat when nothing was done and charge me for what he quoted me on that (which was less than I paid). You don’t see a tire shop being so honest now days when things are done behind closed doors. Nice to see that Mike is doing it the old school way with values and integrity! Definitely will be using This location again!

Mike, Ralph, Stephanie and the team are amazing! They always go the distance to help and are very professional. I always feel that I am in great and competent hands. They are honest and fair. I highly recommend them

We dropped by yesterday because another driver told us our left rear tire was shaking when we were driving. The staff was so nice and thank god it turned out to be the obstacle illusion. Strongly recommended to go because of the great customer service.
