My 2008 Lexus was in need of new tires and new struts - all 4. I decided to go to Active Green and Ross, and i have to GIVE MY HIGHEST RECOMENDATION for the Professionalism and 100% best service -- Marko manager of the shop examined my Lexus and explained in detail to me what was needed and promised me it would be night and day difference, he was MORE THEN CORRECT !! The SUV now drives as if it were new and my Lexus is 10 years old. Simply amazing. The price was also incredible. My experience with the shop was one of total honesty and them wanting to ensure i was completely satisfied, which i have to say I truly am. I will be telling all my friends about their excellent service and knowledgeable staff, my car has not run this good since i bought it. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION -- a SAFE PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR CAR NEEDS !!

I have been a customer here for 6 years. I moved my service to the Promenade location when they consolidated the Yonge/Cummer shop. They have always been fair on pricing and delivered good service. I was surprised in reading other comments here, but I guess anyone could find fault with a business on a bad day. What I care about is will they make it right? For me Mike, the owner, has always gone above and beyond to make sure I have been satisfied with their service and products. Highly recommended.

Sal was incredible!! We needed the Safety Standard Certificate for the reception of my grandfather's car, and they were extremely helpful and professional. They even helped us by printing off my insurance paper so that I was ready for Service Ontario. Could not have had a better experience!!
