I have always serviced my vehicle at the dealership as i believed they have more experience with my make and model than an independent shop. However i had to get an emission test and my check engine light was on which meant my vehicle would fail. I called my dealer after the run around that i felt i decided to try an independent. A friend of mine suggested i try Active green and Ross at 1 promenade circle. I had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable. They pin pointed my issue within an hour, corrected the issue at more than a reasonable price and got me on my way. I was allowed to speak to the technician directly. He explained what he was doing thoroughly. Over all great Job !!! I would strongly recommend this Active Green and Ross (1 Promenade circle )location.

Kudos to Mike Cira, the shop's owner, for his professionalism, patience, kindness and persistent efforts while he was dealing with my tricky Mitsubishi Outlander's tire pressure system reset that never seemed to work until Mike made it his job to find the permanent solution to this issue. It took him over a year and several tries to find the proper tool and software for the job, but he never let it go, and finally kept his promise. I was truly impressed. He made me happy, and I could see he was truly happy for me (and the job well done), too. There aren't many places nowadays where one would find such personal touch, and there aren't many people who would go that far and beyond to make their customers happy. Thanks, Mike, for all your help, honesty and all those little favours and pieces of advice you've been generously giving me over these years. I'll definitely be back to your shop, and not once.
