Lara and her team are absolutely the best in the business. They have supported me on my journey to launching my own salon space over the last few months and it’s fair to say, I could not have done it without them. I have completed all of their courses and I can vouch for each one. All the teachers are incredibly supportive and caring. They want the best for you and only teach you perfection to ensure you can pass this knowledge to your clients. This means training isn’t always easy and quiet honestly, these skills aren’t however, the Eye Design team genuinely want you to succeed and if you’re willing to put in the work, you will. I have also completed advanced one-on-one training with Jade and the knowledge she shared with me was invaluable. She is a true artist and to learn from her has been an absolute pleasure. My experience at Eye Design has given me so much confidence when working on clients and since launching my salon, my feedback from my clients has been glowing which just shows that the hard work pays off! Despite now completing my training, they continue to provide ongoing support and advise with anything I need. I've just completed microblading and powder effect/ombré training with Lara. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have been trained by Lara and how this has opened up a new skill for me. From day one, Lara made me feel comfortable and the guidance that she gives throughout and after the training is unbelievable and let's not forget Jade! She is amazing, she is good at what she does and always happy to help. Would def recommend training with Eye Design if you are thinking of starting a new career or adding microblading into your profession.

Had my brows done here yesterday at the CBD one and I loved them! The tatoo artist 'Nicole' is a highly skilled and professional artist who made my brows amazing. Nice, friendly, kind, willing to listen to you, give you her professional input and is willing to satisfy any concerns or problems you have to the best of her ability. Loved them. Definetly recommend the place!

I think I have spent a small fortune on eyebrow pencils, stencils and any everything to make my brows look more full. I was a little scared of the thought of "microblading". My 1st thought was OUCH! Do they cut you? But my fear was unnecessary it didn't hurt and my eyebrows looked FULL and most importantly NATURAL. Lara is the best! She is truly an artist and is amazing at what she does. I had my upper and lower lids done after my brows and they all look amazing. I have very sensitive eyes, so it took awhile for them to look the way I wanted them to, but she took her time and they look amazing. The level of Care and Customer Service was beyond expectation. I was Impressed and very Pleased with the results. Cant wait to get my lips done next year! Big fan!!!

I had my brows done with Lara and lip done her senior artist Jade. They made it very comfortable for me from start to finish. Lara was very thorough and made it fun. I had my hand in choosing the brow and lip colours along with shapes. Lara and Jade were very gentle while micro-blading to the point where I had very little to no pain as well as most painful parts of the lips. Lara is such a perfectionist which I highly appreciate! I got exactly what I had requested FULLER brows and they look naturally amazing already. I had a horrible experience with another brow company over 2 years ago. Because of this I was a bit hesitant trusting anyone for fear of outcome however, I can reassure you Lara and her team knows their stuff and she is very involved with her staff. Truly an outstanding experience from the consultation to my final results. I had eyebrow feather touch, full lip tattoo and permanent eyeliner done at Eye Design Mosman. At the consultation we went over my expectations, aftercare and all my questions were answered. I came in for my appointment the following Tuesday. I was numbed completely. Lara designed and drew on my design for my approval plus custom mixed my colors. I felt nothing except the lips were a little bit tender. I seriously had no scabbing except for the lips a little bit. I healed so fast. It was truly a lovely experience. I do so love my permanent makeup. Lara did a great job. She is so informative and professional.

Very professional and clean school to learn permanent makeup. The owner Lara is very personable and highly skilled. She takes time and makes sure you are able to understand every step of the procedures. This is definitely in my opinion the #1 school in Sydney to learn permanent makeup. I travelled all the way from Coffs Harbour to Sydney to get my eyebrows microbladed at Eye Design Sydney. Lara is a genius and did a beautiful perfect job on my eyebrows! I look 10 years younger.
