Very good service , helped a lot, came in for oil change, the mech found my ball joint very loose , Leo showed it to me , and suggest to replace it, and shuttle service to my work place , avoid accident ,thank you guys.

We all know how frustrating and annoying construction around the GTA is. What makes it even worse is when you get a nail in your tire. My flat tire pressure sensors went off on Saturday night and I was already anticipating a world of trouble - I had no idea what tire was the issue and barely any garages are open on Sunday - I needed to get it fixed before my Monday morning commute. After a quick google, i found that Active Green Ross was open. It was a bit farther than my normal garage but nothing else closer was open. I called and Emil Ravindran answered - he gave me a straight to the point answer and let me know that I could come in and get it resolved the day off. When I got to the garage, he was extremely quick in diagnosing the issue (rear left tire had nail) , setting up the fix, and communicating back to me at every step. I am extremely impressed with the service and knowledge that Emil exhibited. All together, everything was wrapped up within the hour. Looking back, I'm glad that it was Sunday and no other shops closer to me were open - I'm sure Emil/Active Green Ross will be my first call whenever I have any other car issues.
