Speedy service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff members. Also a bonus it is open on sundays

I've been going to the Limeridge mall location for a few years now, everytime I go in I receive excellent service in a timely manner. My most recent visit was for and oil change, unexpectedly my engine light came on the night prior to the appointment, they resolved the issues while keeping my original appointment slot. This turned out to me a larger job than expected and they accommodated my very short time frame to work on the vehicle. Over all these guys provide excellent service and work with the customer to resolve issues and provide a quality and speedy service. These guys have been and continue to be my go to for automotive service.

Flat tire caused by a nail on New Years Eve. Every local tire shop was closed for the holiday or stated they were too short staffed or on limited hours to be able to fix/replace today. Called Active Green and Ross and was told to bring the car in. Tire was too badly damaged to be repaired and a new tire was ordered and on the car within two hours. No hidden fees, no excuses, just great customer service.

Today I went out to run some errands and I ended up with a flat tire and I was frantically calling to get my snow tires put on as the summer tire had a hole in it. Everywhere I called said they were booked for 2 weeks. I called Active green and Ross and I spoke to a very kind gentlemen in the phone, explained my situation and they told me to come over DAY OF and do the tire change for me. I was SO thankful! They estimated about 2-3 hours so I went to the mall and walked around, did some Christmas shopping and they needed up being finished even early than I expected. For someone who works in customer service I greatly appreciated what they did for me today. These are the company’s that will continue to have my business year after year, someone who listens to someone’s real life issues and helps!! This place was amazing, THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL THE HELPFUL STAFF WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!
