My tire went completley flat after a DIY repair the evening prior that clearly didn't work! :( I called Active Green and Ross at Limeridge mall, firstly I was very happy that they were able to assist me as it was a Saturday at 3:30pm, I came in and had the tire assesed, great news, it was patchable without me having to get a new tire! I was nervous at first as I have heard many horror stories about shops. The staff at Active Green and Ross were friendly, honest and put my mind at ease. I would go back and recommened to others! Good prices, knowledgable staff, with accomodating hours! :)

One of my favourite places to get work done on my car! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I have always received quick and efficient service from this place. They always go above and beyond for my car and do not ask for more than what they quoted me. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Services used: Oil Changes, Brakes service, Wheel Alignments, Tire changes, Belt replacements, and Air Filter changes.

Really friendly staff. I came in after popping a tire in the parking lot of The Mall, and I had to leave for a road trip the next day...... I purchased 4 tires and I had my car ready to leave on time. :)

They may charge more than the average mom and pop shop but they've always done top quality work on my car. It's like anything, you get what you pay for. If you want honesty and good workmanship then expect to pay a little extra and have that peace of mind in knowing you're in good hands.

Incredibly friendly service. Drive Clean is only $30 and takes very little time. Free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea.

I got a set of new tires installed, rotated, aligned, and balanced. I came back after six moths to fix a tire that has a screw in it. I have been told the tire is irreparable. However, I got this covered under a warranty from Active green. They did not have the tire and had to place an order. They were very fast and called me back in the same day. So happy to get a new tire! Affable desk staff and very good mechanics
